Return and Exchange Policy

Important Notice: Any issue a customer encounters after 30 days will not be the responsibility of the store if no action is taken regarding the order. This applies unless the customer contacts us via WhatsApp (+966555427712) before the 30-day period expires.
Shipping
The store uses the following shipping companies: Egex, iMakan, and ARAMEX to deliver your products worldwide, including to Arab countries and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Shipping fees are added based on the destination country and city. The shipping company will contact you to arrange product pickup. Order processing and shipping takes 4 to 12 business days, and may be shorter if you are located within the same region as the store (Riyadh).
The store is not responsible for any errors if you provide an incorrect address or if you fail to answer the shipping company's call to pick up your shipment.
Note: If the order is not received, the amount will be refunded (as a coupon), minus the shipping cost and any applicable customs duties imposed by the destination country.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive your tracking number via SMS. You can track your shipment using the link included in the message.
Exchanges within Saudi Arabia only:

If you are not satisfied with the product due to a size difference, simply contact us by sending a message to the store's WhatsApp number (+966555427712). We will respond to resolve the issue, provided the product is unused, in good condition, and in its original, undamaged packaging.
Note: The customer must provide us with a video demonstrating the product's condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping and delivery fees of 48 within Saudi Arabia only. Refunds will only be issued after the product is returned to the shipping company.

If you are dissatisfied with your product due to a defect that occurred during shipping or if you received a different product than what you ordered, simply contact us via WhatsApp at +966555427712.
