Promotional Code Policy (POWR Card – Al Rajhi Bank)The use of promotional codes provided to POWR Card holders issued by Al Rajhi Bank is subject to the following terms and conditions. By using the code, the customer fully agrees to these terms:

• The promotional code grants 100% cashback on the first purchase only when paid using a POWR Card, and is valid once per customer / per card.
• The code is non-transferable, non-reusable, and cannot be combined with any other offers or promotional codes.
• Cashback is calculated on the product value only, excluding shipping fees and any additional charges, with a maximum cashback limit of SAR 1,000.
• Cashback will be credited to the customer’s store wallet within a maximum of 7 business days from order completion, and cannot be withdrawn as cash or refunded to the bank card.
• In the event of order cancellation or return, the cashback will be fully revoked, and the promotional code will not be reactivated.
• The offer does not apply to cash vouchers, financial products, or any products designated by the store as non-eligible.
• The store reserves the right to cancel orders or suspend accounts in cases of suspected misuse, duplicate accounts, or abnormal activity.
• The promotional code is valid only during the agreed promotional period, and no claims will be accepted after the expiration date.
• The store reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time in accordance with Al Rajhi Bank’s terms and applicable local regulations.
