Ordering steps

Welcome to our store!

Three simple steps to order from our store:

1- Add the products to your shopping cart.

2- Add your shipping address (country, city, neighborhood, street name, house description, and postal code if applicable). Then, choose the appropriate shipping company. Delivery will be to your doorstep, and the delivery time depends on the customer's city.

3- Choose your payment method. Currently available payment methods include STC Pay, Apple Pay, credit cards, Mada, cash on delivery, and Tamara.

Finally, you will receive a text message with your order number confirming that your order has been successfully completed.

After that, wait for a text message, WhatsApp message, or phone call from the shipping company.

International shipping may incur additional customs fees as determined by the customs regulations of the receiving country.

Note: WhatsApp must be enabled on the phone number registered with your order for easy communication between us and the shipping companies.
